Topping Out at The J

We’re proud to share that The J, our smart micro unit apartment project developed by Panorama Holdings, has officially reached its topping-out milestone on April 3.

As part of this milestone, teams across development, design, and construction signed the final roof truss, which was then lifted into place and set atop the building, accompanied by the American flag.

With the structural framework now complete, the project moves into the next phase of interior construction.

Grateful for the collaboration from all teams involved—we look forward to bringing The J to life in the months ahead.
