The J Construction Update

Another week, another massive step forward at The J! 

From the ground up to the rooftop, our teams are moving at lightning speed to bring this incredible project to life. Here’s a quick snapshot of what we achieved this week:

📍Exterior Evolution: The Level 1 sheathing is officially complete, and the courtyard EIFS work is actively moving forward, shaping the modern face of the building! 

📍Going Inside: Indoor progress is kicking into high gear! Level 6 unit MEP rough-ins are 100% complete.

📍From Walls to Insulation: While Level 4 insulation is well underway, we've wrapped up insulation on Level 3 and immediately kicked off the Level 3 unit drywall! Meanwhile, the Level 2 corridor drywall is progressing smoothly.

📍Up on the Roof: The skyline view is changing too, with rooftop equipment installation fully underway.
