Panorama Multi-Family Fund III

 

Panorama Multifamily Fund III is seeking capital to make project-level equity investments in the multifamily sector. The Fund’s primary strategy will focus on ground-up multifamily development projects with a secondary strategy targeting stressed and distressed value-add multifamily projects.  The Fund intends to focus on potential Investments in the southeast USA, specifically markets with above-average population growth and strong economic growth. This fund launched in mid-2022.

In this fund, Panorama is targeting 3-4 project investments with a gross IRR of 15%.

• Class A multifamily assets

• Recession-resilient markets in the sunbelt region

• Urban core-adjacent and urbanized suburban locations

• Mid-rise or garden-style assets

• Target size range of 200 –300 units
