The J Concrete pour ceremony

Panorama Holdings, together with our general contractor Archer Western Construction (AWC), held a concrete pour ceremony for our 84-unit smart micro-apartment project located in the heart of Charlotte.

Representatives from both teams attended the event to mark this meaningful step in construction.

As part of the ceremony, participants placed silver coins into the foundation — a simple gesture to wish the project smooth progress and continued success.

The event concluded smoothly, and the project is progressing as planned.
