Tenant Update from Panorama Tower

We’re excited to welcome Snap One (Nasdaq: SNPO) as the sixth tenant at Panorama Tower, one of the commercial assets owned and managed by Panorama Holdings. Snap One will occupy the 12th and 15th floors, joining an outstanding group of tenants including New York Life, PartnerRe, ServisFirst Bank, NRP, and Panorama Holdings.

We recently walked through Snap One’s space to check in on construction progress. With interior walls and ceilings now complete, flooring and furniture installation are up next. The space remains on schedule for a Q3 move-in.
